Step-by-Step Setup

Create a New Event Go to Events → Add New in WordPress admin.

Enable Repeating In Event Details → Time & Date:

• Set your event time
• Check “Repeat this event”
• Configure repeat settings (daily, weekly, etc.) See: How to Set Up Repeating Events

Save & Refresh Click Publish/Update → Refresh the page

Open Repeat Customizer Still in Time & Date section → Find “Repeat Customizer” → Click “Configure”

Customize Each Repeat A lightbox opens:

• Left: List of repeat instances
• Click any instance →
• Right: Form with editable fields (title, image, location, status, custom meta, etc.)
• Update as needed (rich text supported for custom fields)

Save Changes Click “Save Changes” in the lightbox

Final Save Close lightbox → Click Update on the event post
