Deactivate a Site:

1. Find the EventON license — Click icon in Actions to manage license.
2. Under Websites Activations — click Deactivate.
3. Activate on your new site.

1.1 EventON Licensing

EventON main plugin Regular License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital work (Item) you have selected. Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of the Item, as well as the FAQs (which form part of this license).

Single eventON regular license must only be used in a single end product (website).

EventON Full plugin is sold only via myeventon.com or codecanyon. (Updated May 2025)

1.2 EventON Addon Licensing

EventON Addon licenses grants the purchaser right to use the addon in specified number of end products (websites) specified by the license type purchased. EventON Addon licenses does NOT grant you the rights to resell the software, packaged in a different end product.

1.3 All EventON Software Licenses

All EventON licenses grants the purchaser rights to make changes to the code and use in the end product.

2. Product Compatibility

It is our expectation to always keep the addons up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. Our addons are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress latest version at given time, any versions prior to that may cause problems with some theme functionality. The minimal requirement for our products is the same as WordPress, which is currently PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.0.

2a. Product Feature Availability

EventON or AshanJay Designs LLC is not responsible for: failure to read advertised features carefully on myeventon.com and expecting an unadvertised feature be included upon purchase of the software.

3. Browser Compatibility

We test our products in current versions of major browsers including those made by Apple (Safari), Google (Chrome) and Mozilla Firefox. We do not support any Microsoft based web browser compatibilities.

4. Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment, your addon information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 1 hour, but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through our website.

Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant access to your addons.

5. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of AshanJay Designs LLC. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

6. Site Content

All content, including imagery, published at myeventon.com domain, including site content published on the showcase, is property of AshanJay Designs LLC. and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the eventON web site shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of AshanJay Designs LLC.

7. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

8. Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you would like to request a refund, please open a “Refund Request” support ticket. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:

8.1 Eligibility conditions for a refund request:

• You are within the first 30 days of the original purchase of the plugin.
  • We cannot grant refunds after the first 30 days of the original purchase.
  • We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We may send you an email prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
• You have purchased the plugin/subscription, and after installing and testing the plugin, have found that it will not work for your business or required setup.

• You have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes the system unusable. We may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the plugin in the future.
  • If your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the plugin properly or get the plugin to perform its basic functions, we will happily consider your refund request.
• You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the plugin will not work for you.
  • Please note, technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.

8.2 Conditions that are not eligible for eventON software refund:

• 8.2.1 After purchase you have later found out the software is not performing a feature that you expected, but was not advertised at the time of purchase.
• 8.2.2 If you purchased software with the expectation of a future feature that is not implemented as soon as you needed it.
• 8.2.3 If you initiate a refund request after 30 days of purchase.

8.3 Upon refund granted:

• You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.
• Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.

9. Support

EventON offers our products “as is”, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. EventON or AshanJay Designs, LLC shall not be held liable for not responding to support tickets within 72 hours. Furthermore, EventON and AshanJay Designs LLC, hold the right and will not be liable for not replying to a support ticket. EventON and AshanJay Designs, LLC hold the right to withdraw support from a customer at any point without customer consent.

What is covered under support:

• Technical malfunction of the EventON software
• Advertised features of EventON software that do not function as is should

What is NOT covered under support:

• Installation of EventON software in customer websites
• Customization of EventON software beyond available features at the point of sale
• Non-existing features of EventON software at the point of sale, which the customer expected to be as part of EventON software
• Extensive CSS customization to resolve style conflicts caused by 3rd party software
• Customization of the existing code to alter behavior
• 3rd Party plugin/theme conflicts in customer website causing EventON software to not function to its fullest
• Administration of WordPress itself

Support Eligibility:

• EventON Main Plugin: Support is provided as long as the customer has a valid license for the EventON main plugin.
• EventON Addons: Support is provided only to customers with an active subscription for the respective EventON addon(s).

Support and updates for EventON are provided as long as EventON is actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, AshanJay Designs, LLC will no longer be responsible for providing support for EventON:

• EventON is no longer actively developed as a viable product under AshanJay Designs, LLC.
• EventON or the parent company is purchased or bought out by another company.
• WordPress is no longer actively developed.

Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugins, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

10. Data Collection and Handling

EventON database does not save or collect any of your payment information. Your payment information is handled solely by 3rd party payment processing providers we use – which are PayPal and Stripe.

Update: March 3rd, 2020 – Billing details submitted during the checkout process are saved securely in our database and are not shared with any 3rd party vendors (aside the above-mentioned payment providers). Your location address information is used for the calculation of sales tax. Your name and email address are used to identify user accounts, orders, send out renewal reminder emails, and grant account access.

11. Price Changes

AshanJay Designs, LLC reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

12. Restrictions on Redistribution and Resale

12.1 Scope of License

The EventON main plugin (including both Lite and Full versions) and all EventON addons are licensed under a combination of the General Public License (GPL) for the PHP code, as required by WordPress, and a proprietary license for non-GPL components, including but not limited to images, CSS, JavaScript, documentation, branding, and premium features (collectively, “Non-GPL Assets”). The licenses granted under Sections 1.1 and 1.2 of these Terms and Conditions provide the purchaser with the right to use the software on the specified number of end products (websites) as per the purchased license type. These licenses do not grant any rights to redistribute, resell, or otherwise distribute EventON software, whether modified or unmodified, except as expressly permitted under the GPL for the PHP code.

12.2 Prohibition on Redistribution

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make EventON software (including the EventON main plugin, Lite or Full versions, and any EventON addons) available to third parties, whether for free or for a fee, in any form (e.g., as part of a plugin/theme repository, bundled product, or standalone distribution) without prior written consent from AshanJay Designs LLC. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

• Distributing EventON software via third-party marketplaces, repositories, or websites.
• Including EventON software in a product or service offered to others.
• Sharing license keys, download links, or access to premium features with unauthorized parties.

12.3 Non-GPL Assets and Trademark Protection

Non-GPL Assets, including the “EventON” trademark, logos, documentation, and proprietary features (e.g., premium functionalities requiring license key activation), are the exclusive property of AshanJay Designs LLC and are not licensed under the GPL. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these Non-GPL Assets, including use of the “EventON” name or branding in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may infringe on AshanJay Designs LLC’s intellectual property rights.

12.4 Authorized Distribution Channels

EventON software is sold exclusively through myeventon.com and Envato’s CodeCanyon platform (https://codecanyon.net). Any distribution of EventON software through other channels, including but not limited to third-party repositories or GPL “vault” sites, is unauthorized and violates these Terms unless explicitly approved in writing by AshanJay Designs LLC. Purchases from unauthorized sources may result in lack of access to updates, support, or premium features and may pose security risks.

12.5 Enforcement

AshanJay Designs LLC reserves the right to take legal action, including but not limited to issuing cease-and-desist notices, filing DMCA takedown requests, or pursuing claims for trademark infringement, copyright violation, or breach of contract, against any individual or entity that redistributes EventON software in violation of these Terms. Violators may also be liable for damages, including lost profits and legal fees, at the sole discretion of AshanJay Designs LLC.

12.6 User Responsibilities

Purchasers of EventON software agree to:

• Purchase only from authorized channels (myeventon.com or CodeCanyon).
• Refrain from sharing or distributing EventON software with third parties.
• Report any suspected unauthorized distribution to AshanJay Designs LLC via info@myeventon.com.

13. Warranty

EventON does not provide any warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins, or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products as we can not guarantee that eventON products will work with all browser combinations.

14. License Agreement

By purchasing or using EventON product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. AshanJay Designs LLC reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
