How To Upgrade From Lite to Full Version

Upgrading from the Lite version to the Full version is straightforward and can be done in two simple steps. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the recommended procedures to ensure no data loss while you transition to enjoy the advanced premium features.

Before getting started, please backup your site by following the steps in this guide.

Step 1

EventON respects customer data storage preferences and offers a Data Management setting that gives our users the option to delete all EventON data from the database when the plugin is uninstalled. To continue, please go to EventON > Settings > General Settings and ensure that this option is disabled as shown below:

Next, go to Plugins > Installed Plugins > EventOn Lite and click on the Deactivate button.

To keep your WordPress installation tidy, click on the Delete button to clear the plugin files.

Step 2

Download a copy of the EventON plugin zip file by logging in to your Codecanyon account here and store it on your computer.

Next, log in to your site and go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and follow the prompts to install the downloaded zip file. Once the plugin is installed and activated, follow these steps to successfully activate your license: How to Activate EventON.
